Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
We're open Monday – Sunday · 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, by appointment. Book online or text us — same-day openings do happen, so it's always worth asking.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. A card on file is required to book, but it's only ever charged for a no-show or a cancellation inside that 24-hour window ($25) — never for the service itself.
