Our guarantee is simple: if something about your set isn't right within 14 days of your appointment, we fix it free, no argument. Booking a manicure sight-unseen is a real hesitation — what if the color's off, or a nail chips a week later? Here's exactly how that works, in plain terms, not fine print.
What's covered
If something about your set isn't right within 14 days of your appointment — a chip, lifting, a shaping issue — we'll fix it, free, no argument. That's the whole policy. You don't need to justify it extensively or prove fault; you just need to let us know within the window.
How to actually use it
- Notify us within 48 hours of noticing the issue (and always within the 14-day window overall).
- Reach out by phone or text — the same number you'd use to book.
- We'll get you in for a complimentary fix appointment.
The one thing the guarantee doesn't cover is a completed service you simply changed your mind about after the fact — services are non-refundable once done, and results can vary a little based on personal preference, which is exactly why we'd rather fix it than argue about it. If you want something adjusted, tell us during the appointment itself; that's always free and easy to accommodate on the spot.
Why we can offer this at all
A 2-week guarantee only makes sense if chips and lifting are actually rare — otherwise it'd be a constant cost to the business, not a real promise. That's a direct consequence of two things covered elsewhere on this blog: the dry-cuticle Russian manicure technique, which is the single biggest factor in how well gel bonds to the nail, and never using acrylic, which means nothing on your nail is fighting against natural flex and popping loose. The guarantee isn't a separate perk bolted on top — it's what the process is confident enough to back up.
Booking and cancellation, briefly
Since this comes up alongside the guarantee: appointments ask for a card on file, which is only ever charged for a no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours ($25) — never for the service itself. Reschedule or cancel with more notice than that and there's no charge at all.
Ready to book with that peace of mind?
